Absolutely not! We hate surprises, too. Your fixed‑term subscription will simply stop at the end - no cancellations, no fuss, no hidden charges. 


Easy! Just email us at info@littlespiritsbox.com with your order number and the new address, and we’ll take care of the rest. 


Probably - our boxes rotate, so you may see some favourites again.


 That’s fantastic! You can pick up full bottles at our sister site: www.thetipplecellar.com. 


 If you’re on a 3‑ or 6‑month plan, we can’t refund unused months, but you can pause deliveries at any time. Or, if you’d like, you can gift your remaining boxes to a friend - just drop us a line at info@littlespiritsbox.com, and we’ll sort it out. 


We dispatch your first box within 2 working days of your order. After that, you’ll receive a new box at the start of each month.


Not just yet. We currently deliver only within the UK (including Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland). 


Unfortunately we are unable to ship the first box on a specific date, however you can choose the month you’d like your subscription to begin - just email us your order number and the month you prefer, and we’ll schedule it for you. 


 To whichever shipping address you provide at checkout. 


No problem! Simply put your name/address in the 'Shipping address' details at checkout, and once you have received the first box, send us an email at: info@littlespiritsbox.com with the new details.


Sorry for the delay! If it hasn’t arrived by the second week of the month, email us at info@littlespiritsbox.com, and we’ll investigate right away. 


Oh no! Please email info@littlespiritsbox.com immediately with a photo of the damage and we'll resolve ASAP for you.


Unfortunately, once a box has been delivered, we can’t offer refunds. But if any bottles arrive damaged, we’ll happily replace them.
